Elected Second Vice President of the Commission and Chair of the 2nd Sub Committee for Social, Financial and Cultural Rights (March 2012-2015, May 2015-to date).
Attorney at Law, graduate from the Law Faculty of Kapodistrian University of Athens with a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Labor Law from the same University.
Since 1998 she is a scientific collaborator and since 2005 Legal Advisor of Greek General Confederation of Labour (GSEE), which she represents legally and technically in collective bodies and committees, on a national, European and international level.
As a representative of GSEE, she is Member of the Board of Directors (2011 to date) of the Hellenic Organization for Mediation and Arbitration (OMED) and Chair of OMED’s Education Committee (2014 to date), as well as Member of the Board of Directors (2017 to date) of the Hellenic Institute for Occupational Health and Safety (ELINYAE).
She has participated as a rapporteur on labour and social security law issues in conferences, meetings and events, as well as an educator at adult educations seminars on these issues.
She has important research experience and writing activity on issues of individual and collective labor law, as well as on other human rights issues such as equality and discrimination, protection of minors, protection of personal data, human rights education.
She is a member of Greek, European and international legal and other scientific organizations, as well as civil society organizations.
She speaks Greek (mother language), English and French.
