Vasilios Pantzos has been working since his adolescent years in horse trade, recycling, agriculture, construction, blockages-disinfections, trade fairs. Since 2014 until today he works as an employee in a bakery-pastry company. He has attended primary education. Later on he acquired knowledge by studying on his own. He has participated and is actively participating in national, European and international fora, seminars, and/or consultations, such as CAHROM, Roma Political Schools of the Council of Europe, the EEA, and the OECD.
Additionally, he has participated in the planning, submission and implementation of European Erasmus+ programs (Healthcare, RomABC, ROMINKO 2, pROmise, Thrive), which are implemented by OSERPA and ELLAN PASSE, and concern: a) adult literacy, b) access to healthcare services, c) preservation of the Romani language and culture and d) increase of employability of Roma.
Since 2016 he has been the President of the Federation of Greek Roma Associations of the Attica Region "OSERPA" (former "PANOSER").
Since 2016 he has been the President of the Panhellenic Confederation of Greek Roma "ELLAN PASSE".

In addition, he participates in the National Coordination Authority of the NSRF of the Ministry of Development and Investments, in which ELLAN PASSE is a socio-economic partner, but also in a cooperation committee between the University of West Attica and ELLAN PASSE.
