GNCHR contribution to the UN questionnaire on Artificial Intelligence, the Digital Space and Gender Equality

The Greek National Commission for Human Rights (GNCHR) submitted its response to the questionnaire of the United Nations Working Group on Discrimination against Women and Girls regarding the Working Group's 2026 Thematic Report on Gender Equality, the Digital Space and the Age of Artificial Intelligence.

The main axes of the contribution are the following: Women’s & Girls’ Rights in an Era of New and Emerging Technology, Women’s Leadership in Political, Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, Governance of AI and Content Moderation of AI Generated Content, Technology facilitated Gender Based Violence, Labor and the Rights of Women and Girls, Privacy, Autonomy, and Non-Discrimination, Availability of Disaggregated Data.
